I don't want to work, I just want to bang on the drums all day!

I wish I would have started playing drums at age 4... but I didn't. I started playing drums in 1987. I was a freshman in high school. Do the math, I am old... but I look young... right??? :) I wish I would have played on the drum-line in School, but I didn't want to be called a "band-fag". Instead they called me a "Skater-fag".

Here is a shot of the Iso-room at my studio. I can and will play at all hours of the day and night. My Wife has endless grace... after all Grace is her middle name.

They don't make 'em like they used to

This is one of my favorite things. It's a 1988 Powell Peralta Tony Hawk. This is the real thing, not a re-issue. This hawk is a lot like the first hawk I bought back in the summer of '87. My first Hawk was navy blue and had the gold dragon on the top. This hawk is more purple and has the winged ripper on the top. Note: Will trade for a navy blue hawk with dragon on top. lol! I bought this on ebay about 3 or 4 years ago. It reminds me of the good ol days.

My solo shot for Autumns Chase

So I have been playing drums for Autumns Chase. I love playing with these guys. We got out west of town on old hwy 50 for a fun photo shoot. This shoot brought about another chance to work with my good friend and photography buddy, Dorsey Coe. Photography is another one of my passions. I have learned a great deal of what I know from Dorsey. This photo was shot with a Nikon D200. We used a Alien Bees b-800 with a 60 inch soft box to illuminate me. Photo Dorsey Coe.

Gear junkie?

I have lots of gear... maybe too much gear. I decided that I need to spend more time practicing and less time searching for gear. Sorry ebay, sorry craigs list, forgive me pawn shops and yard sales... we're now on a break. BTW, anybody know where I can score a TR-808?
